We will carry out a placement test to evaluate your needs and place you at a suitable level of the language.

Teachers at Idiomas To Go are graduated from the best universities of Brazil and are experienced in teaching the Portuguese language to foreign students. Besides, they love what they do.

We work with groups of up to 6 students.

Group classes start in the months already mentioned on our site. Private classes may start at any time of the year.

Each class lasts 45 minutes. Intensive courses schedule consists of 4 classes lasting 45 minutes each with a 30-minute break, an overall time of 3.5 hours per day.

Portuguese business and other specific courses are offered through one-to-one classes specially designed to meet your needs and interests.

We offer intensive group courses lasting a minimum of 2 weeks, although we recommend you studying at least 4 weeks of an intensive program. In One-to-one classes the schedule will be defined according to your needs.

Just take a notebook. The school will provide you with a course book and complementary materials for your classes.

Sao Paulo offers numerous accommodation options, meeting most of the needs of its visitors. Hiring accommodation is the responsibility of the students themselves. Additional information is provided upon request.

Yes, there are several accommodation options near our school such as youth hostels, hotels, flats, apartments and rooms for rent. Additional information is provided upon request.

Our school is located in the city of Sao Paulo, Moema, which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and safe neighborhoods in Sao Paulo, which is why many foreigners choose this neighborhood to live. With flat, tree-lined streets, you can walk to several points of interest, such as Ibirapuera Park, shopping malls, shops, supermarkets, gyms and a wide range of restaurants.

We are in a privileged region, as well as being very close to the main points of interest, we have several transport and mobility options: Moema subway station is just 8 minutes walk from our school, we are surrounded by bike paths, bus, taxi and Uber options (and other mobility apps). Bike or scooter rents you available around the city with mobile apps. And, you may not know, Congonhas Airport, Sao Paulo’s most important domestic flight airport, is just a 10-minute taxi ride from the school.

Our school is in a key location just 20′ walking distance from Ibirapuera Park, an excellent place for practicing several different sports. In our neighborhood, there are also bike paths and excellent fitness clubs and, because of its flat streets, it is a pleasant area to go for a walk and explore it.

In order to book your course, you are first supposed to fill out information request on Contact page. After dealing with your requests and/or sorting out your questions, we will send you the application form, the placement test and the Terms and Conditions together with the payment options. As soon as your payment is processed, Idiomas To Go will schedule the start of your course.

You should book at least 30 days before the beginning of you course. Request to start your course sooner than 30 days is subject to availability and/or confirmation of the course start date.

Payment shall be done at the time of booking which means at least 30 days before the start date of your course.

You may choose either to do a full payment (plus the booking fee) or pay 20% at the time of booking (plus the booking fee) and the remaining 80% by the start date of your course. Those students who have booked sooner than 30 days (in case the availability and the start date have been confirmed) of the course start date are required to do a full payment (plus the booking fee).

Our prices are in Brazilian Reais and we make available payments by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Diners) and PayPal. Additional information is provided upon request.

Cancellation shall be done in writing by the person who signed the application form. A valid cancellation date is the date when the school is informed by email, fax or letter.

• Cancellation requests received 15 days or more before the course start date entitle the student to have the full payment refunded. However, this refund does not include the booking fee and any other fees or commissions charged by banks and credit card companies.
• Cancellation requests received sooner than 15 days before the course start date entitle the student to have a refund of only the amount that exceeds 20% of the course. However, this refund does not include the booking fee and any other fees or commissions charged by banks and credit card companies.
• Cancellation requests received after the course start date do not entitle the student to have any refund.
